Preceptors of Advaita
What is MAYA(illusion)? Look at Lord Vishnu. He is dark blue. HE is lying on a snake in the milky ocean which is pure white. HIS profession is to take care of the whole world. HE is in a state of full sleep. All this are very contrast to each other. This is Eashwara Shakthi. This is known as MAYA(illusion). MAYA is to combine things which are mutually different . Things which do not meet even when they come together is MAYA. That which cannot be defined is MAYA
- Jagadguru Sri Chandrasekarendra Saraswathi Mahaswamiji
