Vishwa Shanti Mahayagnya at Manipur � 16-17 Feb. 2013

Update about the seventh Viswa Shanti Mahayagnya and Veda Sammelanam that commenced at Govindaji Mandir, Imphal, Manipur on 14th February 2013 :
Veda Parayanam in the nine different Veda Shakhas as well as Chandi Parayanam continued on the 16th and 17th.
As part of the Shanmata Devata Yagnya, Sudarshana and Dhanvantri Homam was performed on Saturday - 16th Feb. 2013. On Sunday the 17th - Ratha Saptami Day, Surya Namaskar was performed in the morning according to the different Veda Shakhas. This was followed by Navagraha Homam.
On both days, Go Puja was performed. A large number of devotees participated and performed Sankalpa. Stotra Parayanam was performed on both days.
The Bhagavata team led by Papanasam Shri Ramani Bhagavathar Sri Gita Govindam Jayadeva Ashtapathy on Saturday - 16th. On the Sunday, Shri Radha Kalyanam was performed in a grand manner and with devotional fervour.
