Vijaya Yatra update- Camp Nizamabad

Pujya Shankaracharya Swamigal was accorded reception by devotees at Nizamabad on 12th December (night) on arrival from Adilabad. On 13th Dec., after giving darshan to devotees,followed by Trikala Puja, Pujya Swamiji left for Basara, a town located on the Telangana side of Telangana- Maharashtra border at around 4 performed. The town has a beautiful temple of Gnana Saraswathi Devi.
In 2002/03, Pujya Sri Jayendra Saraswathi Shankaracharya Swamigal and Pujya Sri Shankara Vijayendra Saraswathi Shankaracharya Swamigal had visited and performed Kumbhabhishekam at the temple.

After performing Archanadi Pujas and Harathi at the shrine, Pujya Shankaracharya Swamigal spoke in the temple Mandapam about the importance of knowledge and good speech, and about the various temples of Saraswathi in Southern India.
Pujya Swamiji recalled Saraswathi temple in Sampoornananda Sanskrit University built and consecrated by Pujya Sri Jayendra Saraswathi Shankaracharya Swamigal in late 1980s.
Later, Pujya Swamiji blessed Brahmana Chatram in the outer road and left for Nizamabad.

On return, Pujya Swamiji addressed a special Swagatha Sabha in the Uttara Tirupati Temple which concluded at 10:30 PM.

Pujya Shankaracharya Swamiji gave darshan, performed Trikala Puja and gave Teertha Prasadam to devotees. Then His Holiness addressed devotees and after a couple of visits in Nizamabad, is now on the way to Secunderabad.
Pujya Swamiji will stay in Shankar Math, Subrahmanya Swamy Devalayam, Padma Rao Nagar, Secunderabad for a month observing Dhanur Masa Pujas
