Today is the fourth Karthika Somavaram. On every Karthika Somavaram Vishesha Abhisheka Pujas along with Arghya Pradanam before Sunset is performed by Pujya Shankaracharya Swamiji. Puja began at 10 a.m. and concluded at 6 p.m.. The third Somavaram was performed with Ekadasha #Rudrabhishekam.

Karthika Somavaram in four states

This year coinciding with the Vijaya Yatra, the four Somavarams have been performed by Pujya Shankaracharya Swamigal in four states- the first in #Prayagraj, #UttarPradesh, the second in #Jabalpur, #MadhyaPradesh, third in #Nagpur, #Maharashtra and the final one at #Adilabad, #Telangana.

Currently addressing a Swagatha Sabha at Ram Temple, Adilabad the place of camp, Pujya Shankaracharya Swamiji appreciated the Sankalpam of Brahmana Samaj, Adilabad to start a Veda Pathashala and expressed that the proposal has been proposed on this auspicious Karthika Somavaram with Anuradha Nakshatra which augurs well for Vedic education. #kamakoti #karthikasomavaram
