\r\nPujyashri Shankaracharya Swamigal visited the Adhistanam of Pujyashri Mahadevendra Saraswati (IV) Shankaracharya Swamigal- the 61st Acharya of Sri Kanchi Kamakoti Peetam at Shankaracharya Colony in Tiruvottiyur. His Holiness blessed the commencement of Kumbabhishekam rituals of Sri Vinayaka Temple in the Shankaracharya Colony this morning - 16/6/2024

Sri Mahadevendra Saraswati IV, the 61st acharya attained mukti at Tiruvottiyur, now a part of Chennai on Sukla Navami in the month of Jyesta of the cyclic year Krothana (1746 CE). Nitya Pujas are performed at the Adhistanam, located in Sankara Colony at a distance of about half a kilometer from the famous Sri.
